As a professor and administrator, I watched students miss deadlines, lose scholarships, and take unnecessary courses—not due to lack of ability, but lack of guidance. With overworked advisors and limited support, I knew there had to be a better way.

As someone with dyslexia—and a parent of two children with cognitive learning disabilities—I know how hard it is to succeed in systems not built for how we learn. Over the past 25 years, I’ve helped thousands of students as a professor, university administrator, and higher ed consultant.
SmartTrack was built to fill the gap traditional advising leaves behind. I work one-on-one with students, offering structure, advocacy, and expert guidance to help them stay on track and graduate with confidence.
