I founded SmartTrack Student Success after seeing too many talented students struggle and parents feel helpless navigating college. As a professor and administrator, I watched students miss deadlines, lose scholarships, and take unnecessary courses—not due to lack of ability, but lack of guidance. With overworked advisors and limited support, I knew there had to be a better way.

SmartTrack provides the expert, insider guidance that a department chair or well-connected mentor would offer—ensuring students graduate on time, protect their GPA, and make smart academic decisions. My mission is to help families navigate college with confidence so no student falls through the cracks. I look forward to helping your child succeed!

“Jesus didn’t wait for people to have it all together. He met them where they were—and walked with them.”
That’s the model. That’s the mission.

Our Story
SmartTrack was born out of deep frustration—and deeper conviction. As faculty and administrators, we watched bright, capable students with cognitive learning disabilities face unnecessary academic hurdles. Traditional advising and accommodations often fell short—too reactive, too impersonal, too disconnected from what students truly needed. We knew there had to be a better way. So we built it.
Our Calling
Supporting students who learn differently isn’t just what we do—it’s why we’re here. Every breakthrough fuels our passion. Every barrier we remove affirms our calling. SmartTrack exists to restore dignity, structure, and advocacy to students often left to navigate college alone.
Who We Are
We are Senior Academic Intervention Specialists—experienced faculty and administrators who understand the system because we’ve worked within it…and in some cases, fought against it. Many of us have personally navigated college with cognitive learning disabilities. Our insights aren’t just professional—they’re personal. That’s what sets SmartTrack apart: our blend of academic authority and lived empathy. We don’t just guide from above—we walk beside every student, with bold advocacy, deep compassion, and a plan that works.
